Renovation design and project management of 1930's converted manufacturing building at 1350 Broadway, New York. Designed replacement roof and masonry/lintel repairs.
270 Lafayette Street, New York, NY
Renovation repairs and project management for 1940's light manufacturing building coverted to offices. Terra cotta cornice repairs, roof replacement and masonry repairs.
Shaw University, Raleigh, NC
Renovation repairs and project management for two historic classroom buildings on the Shaw University campus. Leonard Hall, far right, originally a medical school, dates from 1882, and will receive HVAC and controls upgrades. Tyler Hall, near right, completed in 1911, will receive wood window restoration and HVAC and controls upgrades.

Lyon Design & Consulting LLC
Elizabeth collaborates with clients to design repairs and renovations that are accurate and cost effective. Her years of experience on swing stage and scaffolding, analyzing existing buildings up close, has contributed to her expertise on the causes of problems with buildings. Exterior envelope issues such as cracked masonry, and leaking walls and roofs, are her specialties. Elizabeth has provided litigation support and expert testimony regarding construction defects.
